We were looking for some guidance regarding booking a couple of Tui excursions, we contacted a member of staff, apparently as we did not have our booking reference number with us - We were on a beach !! and this reference number appears to be all important, Nothing can be done, no assistance can be provided without this number !!! absolute nonsense, anyway we were promised a call back from a member of staff, 5days later -still no call back and we arrived home this afternoon.
