What to expect

Don't miss a truly involving experience for children, teenagers and adults: the whole family will put 'hands-on' and will carry out traditional recipes of starters (focaccias and small pizzas), fresh egg pasta (tagliatelle) with two different sauces (vegetarian and ragout) and prepare the 'gelato Buontalenti', which bears the name of the Florentine artist who invented gelato in the Renaissance, surprising the guests during a sumptuous banquet offered by the Medici family. Even today the Buontalenti is one of the most popular and tasty Italian ice creams.

Led by an expert and passionate chef and immersed in the magic of colors and aromas of organic quality raw materials, you will be able to express your creativity and manual skills. The kids will get involved in a fun and educational game and, along with adults, they will learn how to cook the dishes that represent the essence of the healthy Mediterranean diet!
