From Cairo airport, you'll kickstart the tour at the Giza Necropolis. Home to the top trio of pyramids, this unforgettable site brings Egypt out of your textbooks and onto your camera rolls. Stand up close to the Great Pyramid, the largest of the three, and soak up the views against a desert backdrop. You can choose to step inside its mysterious tunnels and chambers. The tickets available are limited and must be purchased on site, so access is not guaranteed. The adult entrance fee for the Cheops Great Pyramid is around EGP 900 and EGP 450 for children under 12. The adult entrance fee for Mykerinos or Kefren is around EGP 220 and EGP 110 for children under 12.
At the museum, personal cameras without flash are allowed for an additional fee which is around EGP 50. Please note that this is subject to change without prior notice
