On this tour you will get to discover the Vietnamese cuisine on a unique cooking.
The tour starts by picking you up from your hotel in Hoi An and takes you to visit the local market with your chef (about 30 minutes) by taxi. There you will have the chance to see and experience the hustling market, as well as directly contact with the sellers. In addition to this, you will be shown the ingredients that will be used in your lesson.
Next you will be transferred to Cam Thanh village by car or boat, where you can explore the beautiful views of the Vietnamese countryside and see the water coconut trees growing together. Then you'll enjoy a welcome drink and join the cooking class. Your chef will teach you all the secrets of how to cook some local food and after the lesson, you can enjoy your creation, before returning to your hotel.
