Take your seats for a midday concert of classical hits in Prague Castle's only privately owned palace with a ticket to the Lobkowicz Palace Museum. Get access to the highly-acclaimed Lobkowicz Collections, where you can travel through 400 years of magnificent history in 22 richly appointed galleries. The complimentary audio guide provides a narrative of the building's highlights, including Pieter Brueghel the Elder's “Haymaking” and masterpieces by Antonio Canaletto and Diego Veláquez. See original music scores by Beethoven and Haydn, as well as Mozart's hand-annotated re-orchestration of Handel's Messiah. Then, head to the palace's idyllic 17th-century concert hall, where a lunchtime concert of classical music commences. Een mooi paleis, met een uitgebreide en interessante audiogids (spijtig niet beschikbaar in het Nederlands). Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi concert.

Das Konzert war klasse, tolle Musiker, schwierige Stücke. Ich hätte mir eine Ansage gewünscht, welches Stück gespielt wird, da es nicht mit den abgedruckten Stücken überein passte. Allerdings stehen auf dem Ticket zwei unterschiedliche Zeitangaben und keine davon ist korrekt. Wir waren über eine Stunde zu früh, was einfach ärgerlich und stressig ist. Die Stühle sind sehr unbequem und zu dicht beieinander bei der Hitze.

Het bezoek aan de tentoonstelling was mooi en goed, maar de eerste verdieping was gesloten, we kregen geen gedeeltelijke terugbetaling, maar een korting in de cafetaria, wat wij met dankbaarheid aannamen. Het middag concert was subliem, bekende en minder bekende componisten kwamen aan bod. Maar dit concert duurde ongeveer 50-55 minuten in tegenstelling tot de oorspronkelijke 120 minuten die aangekondigd was, toen ik in april de activiteit boekte.

It would have helped if the information on our voucher had contained better directions for how to get to the palace. Firstly we didn't realise the palace was inside Prague castle and secondly we had difficulty finding it inside the castle itself. We nearly missed the start of the concert.
