And now, itâs the moment youâve been waiting for. Itâs time to cross the sea onto the Isle of Skye. You'll travel up the islandâs east coast through the stunning Red Cuillin Mountains to Sligachan, where there will be photo stops of the clear mountain waters.
Arriving in the town of Portree, you'll have some free time to grab a bite to eat at one of the many delightful local restaurants.
After youâve filled your belly, you can explore some of the most famous scenery of the island at the Trotternish Peninsula. The Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock, and the Quiraing are all unforgettably beautiful.
Venture to Kyleakin for refreshments and a chance to view the dramatic ruin Castle Moil or the Skye Bridge and Eilean Ban, then make your way back to Inverness with more picturesque routes and scenery to admire.
