A hike that highlights La Gomera's ever-changing island scenery. Take a trek through landscapes that range from tropical to alpine in just a couple of breathtaking hours.
Beginning in the canyonlands of La Gomera, you'll pass palm trees and groves of agaves, fig and almond trees towards the hamlet of Igualero â the highest village on the island. After a break for a snack, we'll wind our way along noodle-thin tracks boasting epic views beyond the highlands to the ocean, reaching Fortaleza de Chipude.
This table mountain was sacred to the ancient islanders. And if the weather is good, we'll go to the summit. Rounding off the adventure is a visit to a bar for a refreshment.
