Granada is a magic city to walk around, where you can find traces of a splendid historical past in every corner. The first stop of this tour will be Plaza Nueva, a square with historic buildings. Around the square are several important buildings such as the Royal Chancellery, a court established by Isabel I of Castile in 1505, and the Church of Santa Ana, built over the ancient Almanzora mosque. Then you will walk down the River Darro, to see the Corral del Carbón, a repository of merchants. It's the oldest monument of Arab Granada, built during the Moorish reign. The next stop will be the Madrasah, a 14th-century monument founded by Yusuf I during the Nasrid era, to later enter the Royal Chapel, the last resting place of Spain’s Catholic Monarchs. You will also visit the Cathedral of the Incarnation, considered to be the first Renaissance church in Spain.
