The guides Raul and Jesus were great, lots of info (too much about Mayan math). We went on the spring equinox. lunch at 10am was early; it tasted good but we were rushed in Valladolid. No one told us about the box lunch, so we had to ask last minute about vegetarian meals. They got us one, and it wasn't good. The complimentary water bottle is nice, but the water was warm within 30 minutes. We were told we would have umbrellas but did not get them. Other people had umbrellas.
