I loved how patient the water guide Carlos Daniel was. He explained the safety precautions very thoroughly and made sure that we all understood what was expected of us. He really took his time overall making it immersive for all that participated.

Very well organized..the whole program worked like clockwork! Nice lunch buffet, constant supply of cold drinking water. Isabel the guide provided step by step guidance everywhere and Manuel was safe driver. Special thanks to Isabel for helping us non-swimmers in the Cenote and during snorkelling...we couldn't have done it without her!

Would have definitely liked more time to wander around Tulum. it was very rushed. Not enough time to wander around and even see everything. All that effort to get there and not enough time to take it all in. Perhaps you could pick people up an hour earlier and give them time to walk around. I heard others in our group also say they wanted more time at Tulum.

Good: Tulum guide, cenote cave, swimming in Yalkú lagoon, provided swimming gear (life vests, flippers) Not good: length of visit at Tulum (too short time to see the location properly), lunch (bad food quality), lack of information from TUI about the equipment provided (e.g., no towels given by tour operator, not told that sunscreen of any kind is not allowed), lack of information about risks (e.g., knowledge of swimming needed, good physical fitness needed to swim in Yalkú lagoon).
