Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors' wristband tags will be removed upon exit
Jewellery of any kind, t-shirts and bathing suits with metal decoration, cut-off jeans, and glasses are not permitted on the waterslides

Know in advance:

After booking, you'll receive an email containing the PDF ticket to present at the entrance of the park
The ticket is valid on the day indicated. Opening times (subject to change): Wednesday to Monday 10.00 am - 6.00 pm
All transactions in the park are done via cash or e-load. E-load can be loaded at the ticket counter. The unused balance of e-load can be refunded at the ticket counter on the same day before 7.00 pm
