Hat alles gut geklappt und (Vor-)Informationen waren gut. Reisebegleiterin wirkte recht gefordert um alle verschiedenen Buchungsarten im Griff zu haben. Sie hat aber immer auf Fragen genau und umfassend geantwortet. Fahrer zum Vesuv rauf war sehr freundlich und aufgestellt. Sehr unbefriedigend ist es, dass es für so viele Besucher kein einziges öffentliches WC beim Vesuv hatte und das von den drei beim Restaurant 2 ausser Betrieb waren und das andere entsprechend ausgesehen gerochen hat.

El horario puntualísimo, el chofer muy atento, nos dejo en la zona que le pedimos a la vuelta a Napoles., una conducción muy tranquila en comparación a lo vi idò por la zona. Quizàs ampliaria 1 hora la visita a Pompeya, fue muy justo para ver lo mas relevante.
