Monet lived here for 43 years, and it was his favorite place to paint.

Stroll through the gardens of Giverny and dive into the world of Impressionism. Claude Monet designed his garden himself and turned it into a work-of-art that inspired a great part of his works. You'll cross the Clos Normand with numerous flowerbeds, you'll see the water garden and its pond of water lilies that inspired the famous Waterlilies of Monet and the Japanese bridge, covered with wisteria.

We were told to meet at one place and then the tour leader was about 30 mins late. Then we all had to walk down the road to a different place to meet the bus. Then we couldn’t hear or understand what information given to us on the bus. The bus was comfortable but the whole experience was a disorganised shambles
