It was great having the pass, I just had very limited time on my holiday. I arrived on a Monday and didn’t know most of the attractions are closed so I wasn’t able to maximise the pass. But otherwise it is indeed a great value for money and so easy to use.

For the airport shuttle, contact Le Voyage à Nantes reception team to receive your e-ticket. You'll find the contact details on your voucher after booking
The river cruise on the Erdre, the guided walking tour of the city, and the audio guide hire must be booked directly at the tourist office
Free public transport network for Pass Nantes holders (and for all on weekends). No public transportation on 1st May
The City Card is valid for 24, 48, or 72 consecutive hours from the day you exchange your voucher
The Nantes City Card cannot be exchanged or refunded in case of theft, loss, partial or total non-use
Free access to tourist sites and guided visits included in the card are subject to availability
