Viktig information

Not allowed:

SIM Cards cannot be issued to people under 18 years old
UAE laws do not permit VoIP services – so only WhatsApp, Facebook etc. chat is available –video and voice calling facilities from the apps are currently not allowed

Know in advance:

You will receive the SIM/eSIM card voucher for redemption/collection in a separate email 24 hours before your travel date or within 60 minutes of the same-day travel
The package includes a SIM/eSIM card offering 10GB Data valid for 24 hours or 2GB Data and 30 flexible minutes valid for 28 days. They can be reloaded with an additional data pack on the go
The passport holder must be present during the time of activation of the service
SIM card activation using a passport is exclusively for tourists. UAE citizens and residents must present their Emirates ID for SIM activation
Only one SIM/eSIM card can be issued per passport, as per the UAE Telecom Regulation
All bookings for UAE SIM cards are accepted on behalf of KMTH Trading LLC (a TDRA-approved SIM distributor) and all eSIM/SIM activations are done within the UAE

Your original passport and travel visa, as you will need them for SIM/eSIM card redemption

Collect your SIM/eSIM Card from Etisalat stores located in the arrivals area at Dubai International Airport (T1, T2 and T3), Abu Dhabi International Airport Terminal 1 or Sharjah International Airport arrivals area. If you missed collecting at the airport, you can visit any Etisalat store located throughout the city.
