There's a bit of everything on this tour – nature, adventure and an exotic jungle setting. You'll take on the natural slides of Damajagua Waterfalls then you'll have the option of a horseback ride or thrilling buggy tour. Alternatively, ramp it up a notch and go for both – it's up to you.

Mother Nature carved out a series of pools and slides at Damajagua Waterfalls, which make for one spine-tingling descent. You'll slip and swim your way down 12 natural pools set in among lush jungle, and have time to float in the final pool to take it all in.

Then, you'll dry off and head to a Dominican restaurant for lunch before a cigar factory tour in Saballo. Now for more action and adventure at Rancho Los Cacaos – you have the option of a 30-minute horseback ride through the countryside or an hour-and-fifteen-minute buggy drive along dirt roads in the hills. You can also enjoy both activities if you can't decide.

We waited almost 3 hours inline at Damajagua waterfalls for 1 jump and 2.5 slides. We were crammed in and I had to save a fool that couldn't swim at the first slide buy holding him up and swimming him to the far edge. Good thing I play water polo as no one else could help him. We were to be at the resort at 3, but didn't get lunch until 2:30. For the buggies, we only got to drive for 40 minutes and were taken to a very dirty beach as the halfway point. Missed our dinner reservation for 6:30.

The buggy ride was very short. Overall it is a 2 hour buggy tour but the buggy ride took 15 minutes each way only.

The zip lining and falls were amazing. Our tour guide chichi was awesome. I would highly recommend these 2 excursions. The buggy experience was ok. The area we went through was full of poverty and garbage everywhere. The buggies were in need of repairs as we had 2 break down. Ours the wheel looked like it was ready to fall off and the break pedal was flopping all over the place.

Same as with another tour we did, our only complaint is the photography/ "paparazzi." This company needs to ask in advance, both if you are willing to have your photos taken throughout the excursion, and if you want to pay for this service. They don't tell you upfront cost and then do not give you a straight answer about the cost. There should be clear information about optional photography and the cost associated with it!
