Driver collected us together with a large group of guests not in Cancun hotel zone but way way off the beaten track out in the sticks in Riviera Maya close to Puerto morelos - this added a huge amount of extra time to our journey to & back from Puerto morelos marina! The driver himself couldn't understand why they did that! This group should been collected & delivered on their own dedicated bus NOT on a Cancun hotel zone hotels guests bus!

It was bang average. We spent more time sailing than free swimming or snorkeling. There really needs to be an option to snorkel without a floatation device. Health and safety gone mad. The experience is about the snorkeling and swimming. Overall, I would say everything just felt a little bit rushed. On a technicality also the engine was running the entire time so no entirely convinced we were sailing.

Malheureusement, le Snoring n’a pas été possible pour nous car il y avait beaucoup de vent et les vagues étaient fortes. Malgré cela. Nous avons apprécié l’excursion en bateau même si cela bougeait beaucoup. Les cocktails était de qualité, la tequila excellente et le personnel adorable. Nous y sommes allés avec un enfant de sept ans et une fille de 15 mois et nous avons été en sécurité tout le long. Tout le monde a été vraiment adorable avec nous, malgré le handicap de mes filles.
