Snorkeling no recife Isla Mujeres no Albatros Beach Club

I enjoyed the staff of the boat. However, I feel there were too many people on the catamaran. There were people everywhere, up and down, up and down not enough seating that we had to sit on the side which wasn’t a true seat. The drinks were supposed to be alcoholic but the alcohol must have been watered down. The beach club didn’t have enough beds, and compared to other beach clubs it should all be covered. Food was ok too many flies. They treated the Hispanic people better than other people.

J’ai pas du tout apprécié le manque d’honnêteté, ils nous oblige à acheter une crème solaire en disant qu’il y’a des composants interdis mais comme par hasard, tous les composants interdits sont dans toutes les crèmes solaire du marcher. Donc déjà j’ai pas du tout apprécié cela. De plus ils nous ont mis la pression pour donner des pourboires à la fin. C’est sensé être libre à chacun.

From hotel pick up to the catamaran leaving, the time was approx 2 hours. The coach transfer was a scary experience with harsh braking on multiple occasions. The catamaran was shared with other guests and timing of arrival of the guests was poorly managed. All of the activities felt rushed including snorkelling and golf buggies. Our experience fell far short of a platinum experience and it wasn’t the relaxing trip we thought we’d paid for. Happy to provide additional feedback via email.

Le fait que l’excursion n était pas en français nous a posé problème Mais nous avons eu une super équipe sur le bateau qui nous à beaucoup aidé je tenais à les remercier vraiment top cette équipe
