If you choose the Economic Seat, you will be assigned a random seat and a spot next to your partner or family may not be guaranteed. You can also be seated in a different gondola. Selecting a Standard Seat ensures you remain alongside your partner
Each gondola can carry up to 5 people; the gondola might be shared with other guests
Please note that the 20-minute introductory walking tour is offered in English and Spanish, the tour could be bilingual
There will be no commentary during the gondola ride
The gondola ride takes place in all weather conditions, only in case of heavy rain it may be cancelled. In this case, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
Please note that in case of high tide (acqua alta) gondolas might not be able to complete the itinerary that passes underneath the Bridge of Sighs and an alternative route will be provided
No refunds are given for late arrivals or no-shows
