Beer spa treatments are a Czech specialty that leaves your skin soft and smooth while refreshing your mind and quenching your thirst. This method has been used for centuries as a way to relax and as a curative experience. The history of beer spas in the Czech Republic is synonymous with the rich tradition of Czech lager.
Beer baths are a proven medical procedure from the Middle Ages, known to cleanse the pores, increase pulmonary circulation, regenerate skin and hair and revitalize the nervous system. It is necessary to keep the correct temperature, length of the bath, and the correct ratio of ingredients to ensure maximum health benefits. The bathing experience takes place in special tubs designed for the Beer Spa. This allows bathers to experience the greatest absorption of healing properties.

Every spa experience is private; the entire room is just for you or your group. One tub can fit two people, but it’s also possible to order an individual tub. Each bath is not filled just with beer, but also beer extract and mash, which is a mixture of malt, hops, and yeast from the early stages of brewing. These ingredients, plus beer and hot water, equal a nutritious spa experience for the skin. Every visitor receives an original bottle of Beer Bernard® with the historical seal and certificate of completion.
