Start with meeting your guide at your accommodation in Porto, you'll travel along the vast green landscape that runs between the river Douro and the river Minho. You'll explore how the humid microclimate gives this region perfect conditions for the cultivation of various varieties of green wine, including the famous variety "Alvarinho".

Next, you'll discover the techniques of cultivation and transformation of the grape into the nectar known as "Vinho Verde" by visiting its Interpretative Center located in the flowery village of Ponte de Lima. Indulge in a lunch with flavors and aromas that make up the best gastronomy of the Minho region. Then, in Barcelos, you'll marvel at one of the oldest arts in the region, pottery. Feel the clay on your hands and see how “Louças de Barcelos” are shaped. You'll end the day by visiting a green wine producer to taste various types of green wines accompanied by regional delicacies.
