Not picked up from our hotel but had to walk 15 mins to a pick up point. I do not think the trip should advertise as ‘hotel pick up’ when it is not. Our bus driver was friendly but spoke zero English. Bus cramped. At the salt mine, we did not skip the line but had to wait half an hour to get in. The wait in the line was very cold. When we got inside the mine we had a rude guide speaking little English. No toilet stops allowed for 3 hrs in spite of seeing two stops en route. Not the best TUI.

It's a must trip absolutely fantastic, prompt pick up and return, the guide in my opinion walked to quickly my partner and I were on occasions left behind as my partner does struggle to walk fast, then dropped further back taking photos, but still well worth it

Exceeded my expectations! The queuing system by language into the attraction could’ve been clearer but the guides were proficient historians and the chambers were incredibly well constructed. Would highly recommend as a must-do experience when in Krakow.
