Leave Kraków for a day to visit the historic monuments Auschwitz and Birkenau. Auschwitz was one of the largest concentration camps built by the Nazis during the Second World War. The remains of the camps are now listed as UNESCO World Heritage and form the most important memorials of the Holocaust to act as proof of the terrors that took place during the war.

From the starting point located in the centre of Kraków, an English-speaking driver will take you to the town of Oświęcim where the museums are located.

Upon arrival, you can freely walk around Auschwitz for two hours with the help of a rented booklet available in 19 languages. It will provide you with all the background information you need. The driver will then take you to the second camp Auschwitz-Birkenau where you can spend at least 1 hour before travelling back to the centre of Kraków.

Unclear about the coaches when they come to collect, we had three pull up at the same time and because none had any signs in the window to tell you the company it was very confusing fast! As you had to go round each coach and as you begin to panic that you are going to be left! Once on the coach the driver was lovely, very clear with instructions and very helpful

ho prenotato da Napoli tramite questo sito una visita ad entrambi i musei pagando 240 euro per tre persone (80 euro a testa) ma arrivato da Cracovia con un loro bus ci hanno comunicato ********** posto ci hanno detto che non c’erano ì Tiket per noi e non siamo potuti entrare nel museo in pratica siamo partiti prenotato un hotel per 2 notti più spese del volo più 240 euro per visitare il museo e non siamo riusciti ad entrare avevano detto che mi avrebbero rimborsato ma nemmeno quello hanno fatto

Muy mejorable organización en cuánto a la recogida de los buses y el desarrollo de la visita y tiempos muy cortos, aunque monitor atento y explicativo.

Purtroppo non avevamo padronanza della lingua inglese e qualche indicazione della guida ci è sfuggita, quindi abbiamo visitato soltanto il campo di Birkenau e ci è mancata la visita al memoriale di Aushwitz, peccato!! Sarà per la prossima volta.

All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds
Every guest must carry an ID or passport matching the name and surname provided at checkout, which will also be reflected on your museum entrance ticket
No live guide is included in this experience. A booklet is available in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Greek, Turkish, Dutch, Portuguese, Czech, Norwegian Bokmål, Swedish, Finnish, Korean, Polish, Japanese, Russian, Ukrainian and Hungarian
Remember to be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure
In case of an unexpected change of tour time, the supplier will contact you via email or phone
There is a maximum size for backpacks or handbags of 30x20x10cm
Luggage storage is available for larger items
