Why spend your time in Rome hunting down your perfect pizza or gelato when you can make both by yourself? You will cook up a storm either in our 17th-century palazzo behind Piazza Navona or our brand-new cooking school, a stone’s throw from the Pantheon.

During this pizza and gelato making class, you will learn to make two of Italy’s most iconic creations. You will learn the secrets of both, including that age-old question: what is the difference between gelato and ice cream?
