You'll experience the Lentu Bread tapas, also known as Pane Modde in central Sardinia. This unique creation features a halved bread base filled with a medley of seasonal ingredients. For example, the year-round favorite "Underbrush" tapas showcases fresh pork sausage sautéed with porcini mushrooms and basil mayonnaise. Also, you'll delight in waffle-based tapas, where crispy puffed rice serves as a canvas, and you'll discover the "Gift of Venus" tapas, tantalizing your palate with succulent red shrimp, creamy wasabi pea, and luscious burrata cream. Moreover, you'll explore tapas without waffles, such as the fried culurgiones filled with Ogliastra's traditional stuffing of potatoes and mint.

Not only that, but you'll enjoy also the marinated pork belly with a crispy rind, with a fruity tomato sauce that merges the flavors of Sardinia and Asia. Alternatively, you can choose the gazpacho tapas with tomato and watermelon, sea crudités with the catch of the day, and a crispy fregola wafer as a delightful twist on traditional rice.
