The museum is cleverly split into two distinct areas. The first part offers an immersive experience where the Adventures of Pinocchio come to life through innovative projections, interactive set designs, and cutting-edge digital effects. The second part, known as the exhibition route, is dedicated to exploration and play. Here, you'll find engaging installations, interactive maps, and creative spaces designed to spark imagination and curiosity.

The Museum tour is accessible at specific times based on linguistic preference and is divided into two sections: an immersive multimedia itinerary, whose narration is available in Italian or English depending on the time chosen for entry, and a bilingual information-historical area
The complete experience lasts about an hour, of which 30 minutes are dedicated to the immersive part
Entrance is allowed to a maximum of 25 people per shift. To have priority and guaranteed access it is recommended to book your visit by purchasing the ticket online, especially on weekends and holidays.
