Take advantage of a demonstrative lesson on the preparation of the stuffed "cecio" certified by Slow Food, based on Navelli chickpeas and Solina flour.
Listen to the explanation of the raw materials used and follow the carrying out of the traditional recipe for about 40 minutes.
