Discover art and the typical gastronomy of Gravina in Puglia on a guided tour. Accompanied by an expert licensed guide, you'll visit the ancient places of the city of art and along the way, visit the Secular Oven of 1608 still run by two master bakers who will explain the various stages of the production of bread, focaccia and baked goods, as you get a tasting of each.
Afterwards, you'll have the opportunity to see a Slow Food Presidium artisan cheese factory used to produce the typical "Pallone di Gravina" cheese. You'll get a mix of storytelling and dairy processing phases with tasting of various products.
