Iceland is known as the country of contrast, the “land of fire and ice”, and this tour will take you to the south coast which hosts extremely variated natural phenomena, where contrasts in elements, weather and colours do not go unseen.

From green mountains, spectacular sea cliffs, waterfalls and glaciers to black sand beaches and unique coastal features, the south coast of Iceland has it all, and this tour will allow you to discover all the highlights in a small group, guaranteeing a flexible and intimate experience.

Accompanied by an experienced and passionate driver guide, you'll be visiting the Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls, the Reynisfjara black beach, the Petrified Trolls of Reynisdrangar, you will explore the fascinating landscape at Sólheimajökull glacier and you will have a lunch stop in the small village Vík, the southernmost town of Iceland.

Stunning beauty and elements of great scale await as you drive along the Ring Road and with every stop along the way, giving you the opportunity to witness some of the most dramatic landscape the country has to offer.

This is a small group tour with a maximum of 18 people
Bring warm, wind and water proof clothing
The walk to the ice at Sólheimajökull glacier takes around 20 min (one way) and is on uneven terrain. As such, good sturdy shoes are recommended
There is no food included on this tour but there will be stops where you are able to purchase food
You will have the possibility to choose your pick up location during the booking process; if you haven't organized your accommodation yet, you can send the details directly to the supplier at a later stage using the contact details provided on your voucher

I would’ve preferred to not have been picked up by a shuttle bus as this led to some confusion at the bus stop outside the hotel

Very knowledgeable tour guide and very friendly, Answered any question that was put to him. Plenty of stops along the way for toilet breaks and lunch stop midday too (lunch is not included in this tour) but a great little café inside the stop with plenty of options of food and drink. Overall highly recommend this tour, Defiantly if you like small crowns of people. NOTE: One thing to recommend, Be at the pickup point minimum 30 mins before stated on bookings form / ticket

Excellent English speaking guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly, the day was very well planned, the locations visited were varied and interesting, we were a small group of 12 on a minibus, so much better than a large bus with a big group, would highly recommend this trip.

This was best tour we did. Better as smaller group. Beggi was so informative and knowledgeable about all aspects of Iceland, answering any questions the group had and adapting the tour according to weather and even stopping couple extra times for photo opportunities. If you get Beggi for your guide, you’ve got a great day ahead of you.
