You'll drive to Jinvali Water Reservoir, a delightful gem in Georgian landscapes. The road from Tbilisi to Kazbegi will offer you picturesque views of the Aragvi River. You'll make a stop at one of the dams of Zhinvali reservoir. There, you'll admire its turquoise surface and learn about its origin and role. Next is the Ananuri Fortified Castle Ensemble, a well-preserved fortress from the 16th century. Behind its powerful walls, you'll discover captivating stories of local rulers known as Aragwa eristavs. In Pasanauri, you'll witness the confluence of the White and Black Aragvi rivers.
