Once you have your tickets, enjoy the lower station and wait for your flight to be called. There are benches and picnic tables available for use. Flight times will be announced over a loudspeaker, so listen out for your boarding call
Children under 6 years can join for free, but they must ride with an adult

Travel 4 miles (7 kilometers) southwest of Jasper to the end of Whistlers Road to arrive at Jasper SkyTram. Please arrive at the Skytram at least 20 minutes before your flight time. Upon picking up your flight tickets at a Ticket Window, you will be asked to choose a designated return flight from Upper Station to avoid line ups and to allow more leisure time in the alpine.
