Open your senses to tropical flavors and the cultured delicacies of the island on a wine and culinary tasting tour. Accompanied by a renowned chef, you'll discover the hidden secrets of an array of wines perfectly paired with modern Caribbean cuisines.

Guided by the chef, learn the flavors, depths and ingredients of the dishes with smoky or floral wine tastings. From tuna tartar Yucca Floats to a honey and goat cheese endive.

Then travel to Marigot, the Capital of the European Country of French St Martin, where you will have free time to explore the city. Stroll along the promenade, pick up a souvenir and see the brightly colored houses. Soak in the local French culture at the fresh market or, choose to visit the infamous old Fort Louis.

On the drive back to your hotel or ship port, you'll take in the breathtaking scenes of both French and Dutch St Maarten and St Martin.
