Explore the food and history of the Mission district, one of the most iconic neighborhoods in San Francisco!

The tour starts at Mission San Francisco de Asis, an old chapel home to exclusive religious art. You'll enjoy its gardens and explore the only cemetery within the city limits. Just two blocks away you will find Mission Dolores Park, pass Father Hidalgo’s statute and reach the “Golden Fire Hydrant” which offers a great view of the city.

You'll explore the surrounding neighborhoods where you will find extraordinary street art celebrating the past and present Latin Culture.

Your next stop will be at Café de Olla where you may taste typical Mexican dishes such as Quesadillas, Tamales, Tlayudas, and Tortillas, along with typical beverages. On Mission Street, you'll see classic Victorian-style homes and examine some of the most popular on Lexington Street & San Carlos Street.

Arriving on 24th Street, you will be faced with so many tantalizing choices; tacos at La Taqueria, pastry at La Reina Bakery, or coffee at the original Philz Coffee shop.

You'll make one last stop at Balmy Alley which features an extensive collection of murals. Most of them are an expression of outrage over human rights violations and political abuses in Central America.
