the self guided tour was truly excellent.

There was no line. The presentation on the way up to the observatory in the elevator had good graphics. The little show at the top, once you get off the elevator, and the mandatory photos taken of each guest were needless. The observatory itself was roomy and had high ceilings…spacious.
