In this cooking class, it will be easy to prepare "Tave Kosi", the most iconic Albanian dish, known as the "independence dish", since it was the favourite dish of Ismail Qemali, Albanian prime minister. You'll also learn how to make a delicious homemade byrek. In addition, traditional desserts will also be part of the cooking class.
