Duik op deze tour in het hart van de Maya-cultuur. Verken de ruïnes aan zee in Tulum en geniet van een adembenemend uitzicht op de Caraïben, voordat je naar een halfopen cenote gaat. Hier maak je kennis met Maya-tradities tijdens een demonstratie over honing en cacao – met als hoogtepunt een speciale sjamaanceremonie. Geniet van de lokale keuken met een à-la-cartemaaltijd voordat je naar de archeologische zone van Coba gaat – geniet van de omgeving tijdens een rit op een driewieler en leg de torenhoge piramide vast op foto voordat je terugkeert.

The team of three Xioma, Juan & ‘Pepper” the driver were amazing. They were very thoughtful and went the extra mile. The only bit I didn’t like was the pick. It took an hr just pick up the passengers from local hotels. Then we waited ages at the joint pick up point which was very confusing.

Amazing trip. Was good to be able to combine both sites in one day. Mildred was an excellent guide, really friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative was the buffet lunch (that we didn’t get until 4pm, so definitely bring snacks!!!) we thought the offering was quite poor. Cenote was beautiful.

Locations were all good but the day did not flow very well. Took over 2hrs to reach the first destination due to the time it took picking people up and rearranging the buses. This time could have been cut down by at least an hour. The guides could have provided more on the bus in terms of information and history as most of the day seemed to be travelling. Cenote location seemed too far out of the way.

L'expérience était vraiment top. Par contre nous avons du payer 100 dollars de taxes en cash avant de pouvoir embarquer dans le bus. Le paiement de la taxe était prévu, mais 100 dollars sur une excursion a moins de 200€ c'est limite du vol... Pour toute la journée nous n'avons eu qu'une petite bouteille d'eau et pendant le repas aucune boissons, une carafe d'eau aurait suffi. Pour le reste rien à dire.

Il est dommage que pour une excursion commandée en Français on se soit retrouvés dans un groupe trilingue avec certes du Français mais beaucoup de temps inutile avec les explications du guide en 3 langues.

Visita sicuramente interessante sia dal punto paesaggistico sia dal punto culturale. Pur impegnandosi al massimo la guida aveva un gruppo con tre lingue (spagnolo, inglese e italiano) e purtroppo non sempre veniva tradotto tutto. Forse con sole due lingue sarebbe andata meglio. Comunque sempre gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Una pecca il trasporto con un piccolo bus con posti stretti e scomodi, quasi due ore di viaggio così e sei contento di scendere a sgranchire le ga
