Van Gogh The Immersive Experience in London

I thought on the whole it was a good experience. The appearance of the place both inside and out was a bit tired and tatty and the stairs would be a challenge to anyone who was infirm or disabled but the exhibition was good, especially the immersive part.

Hi there, I am still waiting for the refund to be back into my account! It is more than 10 days since I paid £92.76 to purchase 4 tickets but you instead sent me 3 tickets! When I notified your mistake, you could not provide me with 4 tickets at the requested time and therefore cancelled my purchase. You sent me an email that you will refund my £92.76 by mentioning that it will take 10 days to be appear in my bank account but I have not still have this refund!

It was a little underwhelming and the facility was a bit rough and ready but it was pleasant all in all. Thought there might have been a mention of the Mona Lisa so it’s omission was a bit odd

I thought the whole experience was excellent..Just the right amount of info.. The entrance was a little confusing and not obvious. Really enjoyed relaxing in the deckchairs in the final room. An amazing experience..However it was somewhat spoilt by people chatting loudly who were not even looking at the pictures. I think this should be discouraged. The VR experience was amazing and well worth the money. I think it should be better promoted though as some people may not be aware of what it was..
