Une véritable aventure sous-marine vous attend lors de cette visite d'une journée complète consacrée à la plongée libre. Vous vous rendrez à deux endroits différents dans le port national de Puerto Morelos pour faire de la plongée libre avec un guide. À chaque récif, vous disposerez d'environ 45 minutes pour nager, explorer et découvrir toute la vie marine qui peuple ces zones. Après votre baignade, vous vous rendrez au restaurant Casa Matea pour le repas le midi, avant de profiter d'un peu de temps libre pour faire du shopping. Veuillez noter que les boissons ne sont pas comprises dans le repas le midi.

Enjoyed the snorkeling. Lunch nice touch. Didn’t need the shopping part. Also 2 hours from Pick to finally getting to snorkeling is way to long.

Paid for snorkelling for my honeymoon, waited in the lobby of the hotel for an hour for nobody to turn up for us. There were also other people waiting. Apparently it happened the week before also. I’ve spoken to the TUI rep and made a complaint and now I’ve got to wait and see if I can get a refund. I read the reviews and this has happened before and no refund give as they put the lesson down as a no show. Totally unacceptable and wasted an hour of my holiday sat in the lobby waiting for someone

I was at the pick-up point ahead of time, but there wasn't a tour rep there, and they didn't call my phone to try and locate me. Went on the TUI FAQs, which said to use the contact number given on the voucher, but there wasn't one. Neither the voucher or the TUI booking area had the name of the tour operator, so I couldn't even ask around to see if they were looking for me. Contacted TUI, who said "they were there and marked you as a no show" and wouldn't discuss further, so I paid for nothing.

Out shuttle driver had to go 15 Minutes out of the way to pick up one guest outside of the hotel zone. The roads were very rough and this made for an unpleasant experience. The rest of the trip was very good. The snorkeling was nice, captain and guide were very helpful and friendly. We saw plenty of various fish and one sea turtle. Yes, I would recommend.
