Know in advance:

For children under 2 years old, if a seat is required, a ticket must be purchased at the same price as adults, and this must be noted
Weekends/holidays may see large crowds and traffic delays. To improve efficiency, routes, attraction order, and stay times may be adjusted. Please avoid scheduling dinners or time-sensitive transportation (e.g., same-day flights, Shinkansen) to prevent itinerary conflicts
If cable cars are closed, time will be reallocated to other attractions; cable cars require queuing
No refunds for personal cancellations, weather conditions, or traffic delays. Delays or shortened stay times may occur due to crowd congestion or early attraction closures, and guides will adjust accordingly
Determined by the number of participants. For small groups, a driver-cum-staff member will provide full tour services; no additional tour leader will be assigned
This is a shared tour; the same vehicle may have passengers speaking other languages, and seats follow the first-come, first-served principle. Guides will attend to international guests onboard simultaneously, providing multilingual services (not single-language service). English-speaking driver-guides provide commentary (no commentary while driving)
