Know in advance:

• You'll have a small group tour with an English-speaking driver-guide, but the commentary is limited (not given while driving), and the tour is shared with international guests (not English-only)
• Mount Fuji's visibility is highly weather-dependent (lower in summer). It's recommended to check the weather before booking
• Gotemba Outlets closes once yearly—on the 3rd Thursday of February. On that day, you can choose Yamanaka Lake sightseeing or hot springs instead
• Please provide your phone number for WhatsApp at checkout. The local operator will contact you the night before your trip with detailed tour information
• This is a shared tour; other language speakers may be on the same vehicle. Seats are first-come, first-served
• No refunds, reschedules, or rain checks are given for late arrivals or no-shows
• Please note that your ticket doesn't include any food or drinks, but you'll be able to buy food and drinks during the tour at your own expense
