Expérience de spa géothermique Musement Iceland Sky Lagoon

I enjoyed the Lagoon experience but managed to injure my leg when I walked into one of the rock ledges presumably designed for users to sit on well under the water line. They are very difficult to see &the result was a gash in the leg treated by Lagoon staff. On return to the UK I sought medical assistance & spent 5 days in hospital receiving treatment. This was followed by my recieving nursing care at home, so far for 6 days with another 6 days expected. The "ledges" are dangerous to users.

I want to make an official complaint about this excursion. Regarding the TUI arranged transfer and the timings we actually had at Sky Lagoon. The whole thing was like a race to get through it to be on time to get back to the pickup coach! Genuinely thought the driver was joking when he said back at the bus before 8.30pm when he dropped us there at gone 6.30pm. Sky lagoon was incredible but the rush ruined it. We payed £288 for this! Unbelievable!!

I couldn't fault the experience. Was absolutely brilliant. Totally one of the best things I've ever done. Staff professional and extremely helpful.

We thought it works be more relaxing to take a nearby spa however we arrived at 6.40 and were told we needed to be back on the coach at 8.40. We felt we were very rushed with introducing time, getting undressed and dressed which took at least 40 mins of the time. We had no time to relax through the experiences or enjoy food afterwards although that might have been closed anyway. It was not cheap so we should have been given more time. Really disappointing but the Lagoon was lovely.

Had Tui reciept of payment for experience. However not on Sky Lagoon system. After a lot of waiting around and time wasted, I had to pay to do experience. Very stressed and reduced time in Lagoon. Not the relaxing experience I wanted for the last night of tour.
