Please don't accept directions from people on the street. If you arrive and don't know where to get on the ferry or where to meet the guide, simply contact the supplier (find their contact details on the voucher you'll receive after booking).

Unfortunately I was unable to go and the refund time was too late. As I’m disabled I had a medical emergency the night before leaving me unable to walk so could not attend. I was very disappointed and it was after the time to cancel or get a refund
