Enjoy Oxford and soak up the atmosphere after dark on this ghostly walking tour based partly on the book by the local author of ‘Haunted Oxford’. Your guide will walk you through Oxford’s spookiest corners and cobbled lanes where you might be lucky enough to spot Oxford’s most famous ghosts.

You will be able to hear spooky stories and tales that date back to the early history of the city, from apparitions, manifestations, and other supernatural phenomena, it’s guaranteed you will feel a shiver run down your spine.

The tour is not suitable for children under 10 years old. Please remember to be punctual or your guide will have disappeared through the dark eerie nook and cranny lanes of Oxford.

The maximum number of participants is 20 people
Children (age 0-5) get free admission and require a ticket, please select your free ticket during check-out. However please note this tour is really suitable for young children
Students need to bring a valid ID card
This tour is not suitable for children under 10 years old as it is after dark but depending on the parent's discretion, they are accepted
Please be on time or your guide may start without you
Please wear comfortable and appropriate shoes and clothing as some streets are cobblestoned and the tour runs in all weather conditions
Pregnant women are welcome to participate in this tour
This tour is fully wheelchair accessible, please advise the guide in advance if you have any mobility or issues that would be helpful so that they are aware
Assistance dogs are welcome on this tour, unfortunately other pets are not allowed
This tour has #SafeTravels accreditation from VisitEngland, the national tourist board for England
You are not required to wear a mask as the tour is outside, but if you feel more comfortable wearing one please do so
Your tour will cover 1.5-2 miles in the open air
Please allow extra journey time for parking and comfort breaks before embarking on your tour
