Feel excited as you enter the Welcome Foyer and receive a traditional Emirati welcome. Then, as a tour is included in all the ticket options, you'll be guided through the hotel atrium to the panoramic elevator. Next, you'll arrive at the 25th floor with views of the iconic Dubai coastline including Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina or World Islands and Burj Khalifa.

Learn about the history, vision and construction of the original icon of Dubai from a knowledgeable guide. Travel also on the Gold plated elevator to boutique and indulge in the option you have chosen at the UMA lounge with views of Palm Jumeirah plus Ain Dubai.

You can choose between the following options available in the order box:

OPTION 1: Inside Burj Al Arab Tour + Soft Beverage (1 Soft beverage at UMA Sunset Lounge to choose from Juices, Soft Drinks, or Mocktails - no energy drinks)
OPTION 2 - Inside Burj Al Arab Tour + Signature Beverage (1 Signature cocktail beverage at UMA Sunset Lounge post your tour)

All options include: a buggy transfer over the bridge to Burj Al Arab island, a non-alcoholic welcome drink, a traditional Arabic coffee and dates whilst enjoying views of the Arabian Gulf and your table available 90 minutes from your tour starting time
Temporary update (valid until 31 August 2025) for Option 1 - Tour + Soft Beverage: complimentary upgrade to a refreshing summer mocktail at UMA Lounge
Those aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or above
Infants (age 0-3) can have a free admission and will receive a complimentary ticket from the Ticketing Lounge, proof of age may be required
There may be a minimum spend required
Please respect the privacy and comfort of in-house guests whilst in public spaces
No flash photography or professional cameras are permitted
Respectful clothing (smart/casual attire) is mandatory
Knee-length shorts are allowed for males and females, although no beachwear, flip-flops or slippers are permitted. Men must wear closed shoes
