Day 1 – Embrace Nature and Village Life: Your journey begins with a pick-up from Hanoi Old Quarter or Ninh Binh. Upon arrival, you'll savour lunch whilst soaking up panoramic mountain views. In the afternoon, you'll embark on an easy-to-moderate trek through rice terraces and secluded villages. You'll visit traditional stilt houses and interact with local residents before returning to your accommodation for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 – Culture, Waterwheels and Bamboo Raft Rides: You'll start your day with breakfast before visiting Lan Village where you'll meet a local Thai family. You'll discover the art of traditional silk weaving and try it yourself. The journey continues to Chieng Lau Village to witness traditional bamboo waterwheels, then you'll begin a gentle 4 km trek to Cham Stream. Here, you can relish a bamboo raft ride along the tranquil stream, enveloped by jungle, rice fields and villages. If weather permits, you might fancy a swim. You'll be transferred back to Hanoi or Ninh Binh to conclude your trip.
