Your driver will meet you on arrival and will be holding a sign with your name on it for ease of contact. While they take care of your belongings, you can refresh yourself from your flight.

You can choose between the following options available in the order box: car with a maximum of 2 passengers (Option 1), vehicle with a maximum of 3 passengers (Option 2), or a vehicle with a maximum 8 passengers (Option 3).

Each passenger is allowed to have 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
The driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
At checkout please provide: Pick up date and time, number of pax, pick-up and drop-off point, Flight number, Full name (all passengers), Year of birth (all passengers)
Waiting time for international flights: 90 minutes; for domestic flights: 60 minutes. Train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
