The transfer operator will contact you by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking to confirm your travel details. You'll need to provide: pick-up date and time, number of passengers, pick-up and drop-off locations, flight number (if applicable), full names and years of birth for all passengers
Driver waiting times: 90 minutes for international flights, 60 minutes for domestic flights, 30 minutes for train station, bus station or hotel pick-ups
Drivers speak Vietnamese (other languages available upon request with a surcharge). An English-speaking customer service team is available on WhatsApp 24/7
Each passenger is allowed one 24-inch suitcase (maximum 20kg) and one small personal bag free of charge

Extra fees to be paid on site:

Overtime fee: 7 USD per hour for cars, 7 USD per hour for vans, $14 USD per hour for buses (payable to the transfer operator)
Late or early surcharge (22:00–05:00):6 USD for cars, 7 USD for vans, $9 USD for buses (payable to the transfer operator)
