You can visit the two locations any time you want during the opening hours on the day of the booking
After booking, you will receive your entry ticket QR ticket via separate e-mail from supplier
The QR ticket will only be visible when in proximity to the venue
You will need internet connection on your smartphone to retrieve your QR ticket
Children will be asked to present their valid passports at the entrance of the museums in order to validate their age
All visitors must go through the security check at the entrances

Dolmabahce Palace is closed on Mondays and Galata Tower is closed on Fridays
Galata Tower hosted entry is available every day except Friday at 11:30, 13:45, 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00. Meet your host in front of the Bereketzade Fountain, right beside the Galata Tower, and arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected time. Host will be holding a purple and fuchsia umbrella.
