This will not only be a culinary walk but also a stroll through the city’s Asian side to discover its local culture. Take a ferry and visit different shops at Kadiköy including the fish market and try new tastes of Turkish Cuisine. Try a typical delicatessen, muhallebi or baklava. Then, enjoy a main course at the famous Çiya Restaurant with delicious flavors and hang out at a typical Turkish coffee house. Lastly, ferry back to Karaköy, where your guide can give you helpful tips for the rest of your time in Istanbul.

The tour started with a traditional Turkish breakfast, then we took a ferry across the bay to Karikoy and sampled a couple of different foods throughout the area and finished in the spice market where we were able to take some tea and candies. Our tour guide was great too. Would recommend.
