Skip the city traffic and travel to Prague Zoo by steamer boat along the Vltava River. Departing from the Rašín Embankment, between Jirásek Bridge and Palacký Bridge, the regular boat service takes around 75 minutes to reach the dock on Císařský Ostrov.

As you cruise along the river, you'll see a quieter side of Prague that many visitors miss. After arriving at Císařský Ostrov, it's just a short walk to Prague Zoo.

The transfer from Rašín Embankment takes 75 minutes
The boat cruise ticket is valid both ways. The boat back from the Zoo departs at the following times: 10.30, 13.30, and 17.15 from Císařský Island
